De huidige kerk werd grotendeels gebouwd van 980 tot 1016 binnen de muren van een castrum. Het is gebouwd in pure romaanse stijl en de buitengevel is versierd met banden die kenmerkend zijn voor Lombardische kunst.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">In het eerste kwart van de XVII<span class=\"s2\"><sup>e<\/sup><\/span> eeuw vonden uitgebreide werkzaamheden aan de kerk plaats.
